Jeff's special Sandwich wrap for work
How to make my Dad's sandwich wrap which he has for work twice a week. This is for a special project since a few people on here have been asking.
- A wrap
- (tomato basil)
- Cheddar Cheese *(Key Step)
- (two pieces of cheddar, diagonal not stacked)
- This provides a barrier between the tortilla and the sauce. Otherwise you get a soggy/leaking wrap.
- Breaded Chicken breast
- (Sliced into thin strips, spread evenly across the cheese.
- 2 pieces of Bacon
- (sliced into strips so a whole chunk of bacon doesn't come out at once but each bite has some)
- spread evenly over the chicken
- Dad does sprinkle on some hot sauce
- (until wet) Guessing about half an ounce to an ounce.
- Need to test this!!
- a few strips of onions
- (not a lot, maybe 5-6 at most spread throughout the sandwich --just enough to give it a tang/zing/heat in each bite, but not a lot)
- Thin Layer of a little bit of Spinach
- (just enough to cover ingredients but not multiple layers of it)
- Toasted, Then cut in half
- Asks for the sticker while its toasting so he can go grab a drink, pay and then return to find it coming off to be sliced, to improve personal efficiency/no waiting --only so much time in lunch)
