How to "Rue" The Day

Belonging to the Family  Rutaceae (Referred to as the Rue Family for short), Limes are an incredible plant. They are one of the more naturally resistant fruits to spoiling, able to last for nearly a month and are high in Vitamin C – all thanks to their abnormally strong citric acid. They originally come from Indonesia but were spread by trade  being brought to Europe around 1000 AD. Later they were accidently brought to the New World by Christopher Columbus who left the seeds from the limes and Lemons his crews ate on the shores where they took root before spreading across much of South and Central America.
